為落實原住民族語言家庭化，將配合本(112)年8月父親節，獎勵於家庭積極傳承族語之推廣原住民族語言模範父親，以帶動各族致力族語傳承與發展之風氣，爰定頒旨揭計畫。

即日起至112年5月20日：上網填報(https://reurl.cc/klepZr)並填妥紙本申請表檢附相關資料向戶籍所在地直轄市、縣(市)政府提出申請
