參賽對象:
全國各公私立國中學生（106 年6 月仍在學者，含應屆畢業生），可跨校組隊參加，每隊組員人數至多4 名，指導老師至多2 名。

報名方式:

一、 請依競賽組別報名，每隊須選定一名隊長。
二、 限網路報名，報名時間自即日起至6 月26 日(一)下午5 點整。
三、 報名網址：http://energy.nstm.gov.tw
四、 報名組數：因考量競賽品質，單一學校報名隊伍數不得超過10 隊，若報名隊伍過多，將依報名順序錄取。
五、 洽詢專線：07-3800089 分機5116、5121（時間：週一至週五9:00-12:00；13:30-17:30）。

初賽
1. 評審標的：創意企劃書(附件一)
2. 參賽學生須於106 年7 月20 日（週四）下午5 點前上傳初賽企劃書至網站。
3. 由主辦單位聘請相關領域之學者專家擔任評選委員，依評分項目給分(包含應用原理審查)。
4. 「節水組」、「節電組」預定各挑選20 件作品參加決賽，屆時將視參賽作品的品質增減名額。
5. 入圍名單於8 月14 日（週一）公佈於競賽網頁，並以email 通知。

決賽
1. 評審標的：作品說明書、實作作品（或模型）及現場簡報表現。
2. 競賽入圍隊伍須撰寫作品說明書(附件二)、完成實作作品（或模型），並配合競賽活動的規劃至決賽會場展示並解說創作理念，決賽方式與流程將由主辦單位另行通知，並於本競賽網站公告。
3. 通過初賽入選決賽並完成作品全程參加決賽之隊伍，主辦單位將提供每組3,000元入選獎金，補助作品製作及相關所需費用。
