  1. 依據花蓮縣政府108年4月26日府人福字第1080082597號函辦理。
  2. 查公務人員加給給與辦法第12條規定：「(第1項)各機關現 職人員經權責機關依法令規定核派代理職務連續10個工作 日以上者，其加給之給與，在不重領、不兼領原則下，自 實際代理之日起，依代理職務之職等支給；……(第4項)第 1項所稱連續10個工作日，指扣除例假日後，連續出勤合計 達10個工作日。但職務代理人例假日因公出差、業務輪值 出勤或奉派加班，如係執行被代理人職務上之業務，得併 計工作日；職務代理人奉准給假期間視為代理連續，但不 予計入工作日。」復查銓敘部民國107年10月24日部銓二字第10746582591號函略以，職務代理人例假日奉派加班，且係執行被代理人職務上之業務，如同一例假日當日之加班時數已達4小時，得予計算為0.5個工作日。是以，現行規定得予計入代理職務之工作日計算者，並未包含上班日之加班時數。
  3. 茲考量我國邁入少子女化及高齡化社會，公務人員迭有為 照顧家庭成員日常生活或應緊急事態，而有臨時請假處理 之需求，為與奉派於例假日加班執行被代理人職務上業務 而得計算工作日之情形間取得衡平，同時為響應公務人員 多元彈性運用休假之政策，爰如職務代理人於上班日經奉 准給假，復為執行被代理人職務上之業務而加班，於同日 出勤總時數合計已達4小時者，得併計為0.5個工作日；合計已達8小時以上者，得併計為1個工作日。惟為免寬濫，不同上班日之加班時數，尚不得相互併計或合併其他上班日之上班時數計算工作日。
