一、 該校109學年度科學班招生簡章內容如附件。
二、 招生對象：凡國民中學應屆畢業、高級中等學校所設國民中學部應屆畢業或符合「特殊教育學生調整入學年齡及修業年限實施辦法」之國中學生。
三、 招生人數：30人（含直接錄取名額，正取30人，備取5人），限男生。
四、 科學班報名時間、地點與方式：
(一) 報名時間：109年3月5日（星期四)～109年3月6日（星期五），每日9時至12時、13時至16時。
(二) 報名地點：本校紅樓二樓資優研討室。
(三) 報名方式：報名方式採兩階段，完成兩階段，並於報名現場取得甄選證號碼與甄選證後，始完成報名手續。
１、 109年2月14日（星期五)8:00至109年3月6日（星期五）16:00止，進入報名系統填報資料，並列印報名表、甄選證與心理素質評估觀察表。(報名表需就讀國中之審核人員、教務主任與校長核章，報名表上需黏貼身分證正反面影本，若無身分證，則列印健保卡和有照片的學生證。心理素質評估觀察表限「國中期間」數理性向具體事蹟，由就讀學校老師簽名與教務處核章。)
２、 於報名時間內，攜帶下列資料至該校辦理現場報名
(１) 自報名系統列印且已核章的報名表（請貼照片）
(２) 自報名系統列印的甄選證（請貼照片）
(３) 自報名系統列印且請就讀國中老師完成心理素質評估觀察表
(４) 相關證明文件
(５) 費用500元
六、 該校「科學能力檢定」項如下
(一) 項目：包括「數學能力檢定」、「自然科學能力檢定」與「語文能力檢定」（含國文及英語），滿分各100分。
(二) 方式：甄試題型為選擇題及非選擇題，其中包含資料性、統整性、跨領域的試題。非選擇題作答方式可包含計算、作圖、證明、申論等。（語文能力檢定皆為選擇題）
(三) 時程與成績核算詳見簡章。
