※提醒：可攜帶自然人憑證或健保卡至人事室辦理

 

為因應縣府實施嘉獎及記功以下獎勵令電子化，請尚未完成設定作業之同仁，盡速完成：

一、用chrome瀏覽器進到人事服務網（ecpa）。【網址：https://ecpa.dgpa.gov.tw/】

二、點選首頁中間的「人事服務網相關元件下載區」，並下載執行序號1的登入元件，且要允許該網站彈出式視窗。

三、關掉chrome後再重新開啟，進到ecpa，左邊有個憑證登入，請用自然人憑證，並輸入您的憑證密碼後按登入（第一次登入可能會跑比較久，甚至需要輸入身分證字號驗證）。

　※無自然人憑證者，可使用健保卡登入，健保卡設定步驟請點案網頁左方憑證登入下方之「使用健保卡注意事項」。

四、成功登入ecpa之後，點選畫面右下角的應用系統「MY DATA」（公務人員個人資料服務網）。

五、進到my data點選左列「個人資料夾」，會跳出一個小視窗，等秒數倒數完會看到「同意」鈕，請點按同意鈕就大功告成囉！以後記功以下的獎令將可在my data系統-個人檔案夾-獎懲資料查詢中查詢、下載、或自行列印紙本。

六、而電子獎令核定時會發e-mail通知當事人去系統檢視(先前已傳閱大家填寫電子信箱)。也歡迎帶著您的自然人憑證逕至人事室完成本項設定作業。

七、請大家務必點選同意喔，因為以後不會再發紙本獎令囉！另外在my data系統也提供核對個人資料等功能，該系統操作手冊已公告在本校網站（人事室1090927公告https://www.zcjh.hlc.edu.tw/modules/tadnews/index.php?nsn=2912），請自行下載運用，謝謝大家配合。
