主旨： 函轉有關教師專業發展專業回饋人才培訓認證作業辦理事宜
說明：  
一、 依據教育部110年1月21日臺教師(三)字第1100009651號函辦理。
二、 為符應教師專業發展應由教師自主規劃，學校、縣市政府提供支持與協助方案之精神，教育部將自111年度起停止辦理進階專業回饋人才及教學輔導教師認證作業。各類專業回饋人才培訓與認證事宜，基於尊重各縣市政府人才培訓需求之考量，將由各縣市政府自行規劃辦理。
三、 依教育部109年4月27日臺教師（三）字第1090060253號函說明，並為保障已參與人才培訓研習且認證研習檢核年限尚未期滿教師之權益，教育部將於110年度增辦1梯次認證審查作業，相關辦理事項說明如下：
(一) 110年認證作業：
１、 申請期程：110年4月至6月底。
２、 申請對象：106學年度及107學年度參與培訓之教學輔導教師；107學年度及108學年度參與進階專業回饋人才培訓之教師。
３、 審查期程：110年7月至9月。
(二) 110年增辦認證作業：
１、 申請期程：110年10月至12月底。
２、 申請對象：108學年度參與培訓之教學輔導教師；109學年度參與進階專業回饋人才培訓之教師。
３、 審查期程：111年1月至3月。
四、 前開110年專業回饋人才認證及增辦認證作業事宜，確切收件期程及規定，屆時請依教育部函文辦理。
