  • 依據花蓮縣政府110年4月12日府人訓字第1100069633號函轉人力學院110年4月9日人發數字第1100800093號函辦理。
  • 人力學院配合世界閱讀日之鼓勵閱讀主軸，並因應數位時代來臨，規劃辦理旨揭研習推廣數位閱讀，協助受訓人員透過專業講座引導，認識瞭解數位閱讀相關趨勢及應用，進而提升公務人員數位自學力。
  • 旨揭「數位閱讀推廣研習（實體班）」訂於110年4月23日（星期五）上午10時10分至12時，於人力學院南投院區國際會議廳進行，邀請台灣閱讀文化基金會陳一誠執行長主講「數位閱讀推廣」，即日起開放公務人員線上報名，限額130名（配合防疫政策採梅花座，以保持社交距離），額滿為止。完成線上報名人員請核予公假登記，參訓學員請於演講活動當天上午9時30分至10時到人力學院南投院區（南投市中興新村光明路1號）文教大樓國際會議廳報到，全程參與者將核給終身學習時數2小時。
  • 另為利遠道學員線上參與研習，本場次同時開辦遠距同步教學班期「數位閱讀推廣研習（線上教學）」，即日起亦開放公務人員線上報名，限額30名，額滿為止。參訓學員請於是日上午9時30分以Cisco Webex軟體登入上線(另以電子郵件提供視訊軟體使用資訊、上線設備測試時段等事宜)，俾準時進行線上研習；屆時將由線上助教協助報到、點名等相關作業，若有未到訓或請假等情形，將比照實體課程通知各主管機關，全程線上參與者將核給終身學習時數2小時。為避免學習干擾，學員以在獨立無干擾之場域進行遠距研習效果為佳，建議核予參加線上研習人員半日公假登記（含研習場域往返路程及課前準備）。
  • 線上報名請至人力學院全球資訊網（https://www.hrd.gov.tw/ ）「訓練需求及學習服務」，以自然人憑證或個人帳密登入後，由學員個人專區之「學員個人報名」完成線上報名作業（線上報名流程如附件）。
