說明：

一、依據教育部國民及學前教育署(以下同國教署)111年10月13日臺教國署原字第1110139687A號函辦理。

二、依據十二年國民教育課程綱要，高級中等學校於111學年度起開設本土語文部定課程2學分。在職教師擔任閩南語或客語師資應取得中高級以上能力證明；原住民族語教師應取得102年12月31日以前核發之原住民族語言能力認證考試合格證書，或103年1月1日以後核發之原住民族語言能力認證測驗高級以上合格證書。

三、本次開設原住民族語認證加強班5班，說明如下：

(一)辦理班別及時間：(每班次均為2天共計14小時，每班100 名)

１、111年11月12日(六)、11月13日(日)：泰雅族語(課程代碼：3573589)、布農族語(課程代碼：3573594)、太魯閣族語(課程代碼：3573596)

２、111年11月13日(日)、11月20日(日)：阿美族語(課程代碼：3573547)、排灣族語(課程代碼：3573584)

(二)報名核取順位：

１、已完成或已參加高級中等學校本土語文教育資源中心 (第1至5梯)35小時本土語文認證輔導班研習之教師。

２、高級中等以下學校預計參加原住民族語言能力認證(高級認證)之現職教師。 (三)請符合報名資格之教師，擇取1班報名，請勿重複報名多班(重複報名者將僅錄取其中1班，其餘依序遞補)，請慎選所報班次，審核錄取後恕不提供班次調整。

(四)加強班報名日期111年10月14日起至111年10月31日止，請至「全國教師在職進修資訊網」(https://www4 inservice.edu.tw/)完成線上報名，逾期不受理。

(五)報名截止後，依報名資格進行審核；錄取者將於全國教師在職進修網發出核取通過電子郵件，請報名人員至信箱確認錄取通知，並請學校核予公(差)假出席。

(六)報名時請填列正確通訊資料(含手機、e-mail)，以利後續聯絡。
