  • 依據花蓮縣政府112年1月16日府人福字第1120009635號函辦理。
  • 為推動人事業務數位轉型、落實政府無紙化政策並減少攜 帶實體證件之不便性，訂自112年1月16日起，將公(政)務 人員退休(職)證改為數位退休(職)證，並介接行政院人事 行政總處公務人員個人資料服務網(MyData)【以下簡稱 MyData網站】製發，自該日起，退休(職)人員可至MyData 網站，經驗證身分後下載數位退休(職)證或自行列印紙本 留存。茲就相關事項說明如下：
    1. 適用對象：
      1. 112年1月16日起退休(職)生效之公(政)務人員，已經 審定者，自該日起；新審定者，自審定函發文日起第3 天，得至MyData網站查詢下載數位退休(職)證；至於 已經銓敘部審定自112年1月16日以後退休(職)生效者， 原已核發之實體退休(職)證仍可繼續使用。
      2. 112年1月15日以前退休(職)之公(政)務人員，得視需 求由本人或經由服務機關向銓敘部提出申請，經同意後 亦得以相同方式下載數位退休(職)證；未申請換發數 位退休(職)證者，原已核發之實體退休(職)證亦仍可 繼續使用。
    2. 登入方式：退休(職)人員得以電腦、手機或其他行動裝 置以電子憑證【自然人憑證、健保卡或行動身分識別 (Fido)】等方式登入MyData網站。
    3. 公(政)務人員退休(職)證自112年1月16日正式改為數位 退休(職)證後，實體退休(職)證不再發給，因此持有實 體退休(職)證之退休(職)人員爾後如有遺失或污損而申 請補(換)發者，將一律改適用數位退休(職)證。
