說明：

一、依據教育部國民及學前教育署112年12月20日臺教國署原字第1120179910A號函暨國立臺南大學112年12月16日南大本土字第1120023812號函辦理。

二、依據十二年國民教育課程綱要，高級中等學校於111學年度起開設本土語文部定課程2學分。在職教師擔任閩南語或客語師資應取得中高級以上能力證明；原住民族語教師應取得102年12月31日以前核發之原住民族語言能力認證考試合格證書，或103年1月1日以後核發之原住民族語言能力認證

測驗高級以上合格證書。

三、本次開設閩南語認證加強班課程資訊，說明如下：(2日課程，共14小時)

(一)113年1月27日(星期六)、1月28日(星期日)，開設2班，每班100人(課程代碼：4144376)。

(二)報名資格：

１、第一順位：已參加過高級中等學校本土語文教育資源中心(以下簡稱資源中心第一梯次至第十一梯次本土語文認證輔導班且未通過閩南語中高級認證之高級中等學校現職合格教師(以參與過第十一梯次本土語文認證輔導班為優先)。

２、第二順位：已參加過資源中心第十梯次至第十一梯次本土語文認證輔導班且未通過閩南語中高級認證之國民中學現職合格教師。

３、第三順位：已參加過資源中心第十梯次至第十一梯次本土語文認證輔導班且未通過閩南語中高級認證之國民小學現職合格教師。

(三)113年1月2日(星期二)起至113年1月7日(星期日)止，請至「全國教師在職進修資訊網」(https://www4 inservice.edu.tw/)完成線上報名(逾期不受理)。

(四)報名截止後，依報名資格進行審核，錄取者由全國教師在職進修網發出核取通過電子信件，請報名人員至信箱確認錄取通知，並請學校核予公(差)假出席。

(五)報名時請填列正確通訊資料(含手機、e-mail)，並確認「全國教師在職進修資訊網」登錄的個人資料是否正確，以利後續聯絡。
