說明：   

一、依據國立臺灣師範大學113年2月1日師大心測中字第1131003427號函辦理。

二、旨揭活動係鼓勵現場教師發展素養導向課室評量工具，並 理解其理念。本次主題為「探究實作」，期能客觀評估學 生的探究實作能力，以展現學生的多元表現及學習成果。 投稿期間為113年2月29日至4月30日，評量工具設計選拔實 施辦法請參閱附件1。

三、為使教師了解旨揭活動之內容及報名程序，特召開說明會 (說明會議程及相關資訊如附件2)，簡列如下：

(一)  辦理時間：113年2月29日（星期四）13時40分至16時00 分。

(二)  辦理方式：採線上視訊會議辦理。

(三)  報名時間與方式：113年2月8日至2月22日，採線上報名，連結為：https://dpcca.rcpet.edu.tw/Activity /Selection/index.aspx，報名審核通過者，將於113年2 月27日前，依報名時填寫之電子郵件信箱地址寄送說明 會會議網址。
