一、 依據本縣113年「推動中小學數位學習精進方案」實施計畫辦理。
二、 旨揭計畫為鼓勵各校積極推動數位學習之教師、團隊，提升數位學教課程之教學品質與學習成效，鼓勵教師運用自主學習四學模式，並運用多元方式進行教學，發展具創意、差異化與適性教學，並錄製成影片，以利縣內推廣與應用，達到教學共榮、共好。
三、 徵選影片製作以實際課堂情境側錄或是線上教學螢幕錄製(可以是一堂或多堂課再加以剪輯)，並能清楚呈現數位教學內容(數位學習平臺應用、數位工具...)及師生互動情境，詳細內容請參考計畫附件。
四、 本計畫甄選相關資訊如下：
(一) 徵件日期：即日起至113年7月15日止，報名表及相關表件請參閱附件。
(二) 徵選對象：本縣公、私立國中小教師、花蓮縣立體育高中教師（含代理、代課教師、本土語教師）。
(三) 可跨校組隊參加，每組人數至多２人，每人至多參加１件（已投件參加其他影片徵選活動者，不得再重複報名）。
(四) 徵選影片教學對象範圍為國小至高中職學生。
五、 本活動獎勵名額及獎項分為國(高)中組及國小組，分別如下(以報名組別為單位)：
(一) 特優1名：獎金10,000元及獎狀乙紙。
(二) 優選3名：獎金6,000元及獎狀乙紙。
(三) 佳作5名：獎金4,000元及獎狀乙紙。
