  1. 依據教育部國民及學前教育署113年12月2日臺教國署學字第 1130143992號函及花蓮縣政府113年12月6日府教體字第1130240167號函辦理。
  2. 學校及幼兒園為腸病毒易感族群之群聚場所，腸病毒極易透 過學(幼)童的密切交流，傳播至家庭及社區，依疾管署疫情監測資料顯示，近期腸病毒疫情處流行期且持續上升，113年第47週(11月17日至11月23日)全國腸病毒門急診就診計26,077人次，較前一週(22,720人次)上升14.8%，為近10年同期最高，就診人次仍以0-4歲幼兒為主，占比為46%，惟5-9歲及10-14歲占比已增加至38%及10%，且快速上升，顯示幼兒園、國小、國中等校園腸病毒群聚風險大幅增加。
  3. 請學校及幼兒園落實「生病不上學」的防疫觀念：生病時盡量在家休養避免前往公共場所、落實正確勤洗手、加強環境清潔及重點消毒、洗手設備之維護、學童健康管理、群聚感染處理等防疫機制，進行必要之查核及輔導，同時透過多元衛教素材加強宣導學童注意個人衛生習慣。
  4. 如遇疑似腸病毒感染聚集事件時，應依規定進行疫情通報，並配合衛生單位進行防治措施，同時依據縣府訂定之停課決策機制，審慎評估是否適時採取停課措施。
