  1. 依據教育部國民及學前教育署113年11月29日臺教國署學字第1130141993號及花蓮縣政府113年12月6日府教體字第1130238761號函辦理。
  2. 世界衛生組織（WHO）於113年8月14日再次宣布M痘疫情構成國際關注公共衛生緊急事件，並呼籲各國注意跨境傳播，目前非洲及歐亞之部分國家已出現M痘Ib病例，美國亦於113年11月16日報告首例第I型病例，疾管署基於維護國人健康及降低民眾於境外感染M痘之風險，爰提供旨揭自費接種服務。
  3. 鑒於國內外疫情傳播風險持續，請學校協助宣導相關防治事項如下：
    1. 113年12月1日起，全國8家旅遊醫學合約醫院（名單如附件)提供M痘疫苗自費接種服務，凡「不符合公費」M痘疫苗接種資格，「經醫師評估」確有暴露風險者，可自費接種M痘疫苗。
    2. 如至有疫情之國家旅遊（依據國際旅遊疫情建議），應採取適當防護措施，並建議有暴露風險者，於出國前6-8週至旅遊醫學門診評估，完成2劑疫苗接種（2劑間隔至少4週）。
    3. 本國籍或持有我國居留證或具健保身分之外國籍人士，且符合公費M痘疫苗接種條件者，應儘速接種公費M痘疫苗，須完成2劑接種以獲得完整保護力，目前全國共265家合作醫療院所可提供公費疫苗接種服務。
  4. 有關M痘之詳細接種條件及防疫相關資訊（如：公費疫苗接種條件、疫苗接種服務合作醫療院所、國際旅遊疫情建議）請逕至疾管署全球資訊網（https://www.cdc.gov.tw ）查詢。
