  1. 依據衛生福利部疾病管制署113年12月23日疾管疫字第 1131200355號函及花蓮縣政府113年12月25日府教體字第1130258358號辦理。
  2. 113年第50週(下稱本週)校園監測資料顯示，類流感平均罹病率較前三週平均值上升，腸病毒平均罹病率仍處高點，趨勢詳如附件；請持續留意校園疫情變化及加強學童個人衛生習慣。
  3. 該署同時監測全國門急診就診趨勢及社區病原體等資料，監測結果如下：
    1. 腸病毒：近兩週就診人次呈下降趨勢，惟仍處流行期；近四週實驗室監測顯示社區中腸病毒以克沙奇A16型為多，其次為克沙奇A6型、克沙奇A2型及腸病毒D68型，社區仍持續具其他腸病毒型別活動。
    2. 類流感：近期就診人次呈緩升趨勢，實驗室監測顯示社區中呼吸道病原體以流感病毒為多，其次為腺病毒及呼吸道融合病毒；上呼吸道感染群聚通報以校園為多，檢出以流感病毒為主。
  4. 為避免校園發生流行疫情，請加強宣導學童落實個人衛生，生病不上課；學校如有疑似群聚事件，請立即通知衛生單位，以利採取相關防疫措施。
  5. 有關學校傳染病監視通報情形，請逕至該署「學校傳染病監視通報系統（https://school.cdc.gov.tw ）」查詢。如有系統登入相關問題，請洽系統客服(02)2395-9825分機3066協助處理。
