  1. 依據114年1月6日府教體字第1140004568號函(諒達)「腸病毒防治工作指引」、「腸病毒感染併發重症傳染病防治工作手冊」、「季節性流感防治工作手冊」及花蓮縣政府114年2月8日府教體字第1140026093號函辦理。
  2. 流感為急性病毒性呼吸道疾病，常引起發燒、頭痛、肌肉痛、疲倦、流鼻涕、喉嚨痛以及咳嗽等，但通常均在2-7天內會康復。臨床上所謂的感冒、喉炎、支氣管炎、病毒性肺炎以及無法區分之急性呼吸道疾患均有可能為感染流感病毒所引起。而估計每年流行時，約有10%受感染者有噁心、嘔吐以及腹瀉等腸胃道症狀伴隨呼吸道症狀而來。爰此，請各級學校協助針對尚未接種流感疫苗之學生發放補種通知單，提醒學生儘速持單接種，並追蹤後續學生補種情形，以及配合轄區衛生局之規劃，積極入校接種之可行性，以提升流感疫苗接種率，減少校園傳染病群聚的發生，以及保護學生健康。
  3. 諾羅病毒感染是引起病毒性腸胃炎的常見原因，好發於冬季、傳染力強，主要是經由糞口傳染，透過曾與病人接觸、食用遭汙染的食物或飲料等都可能造成感染，感染後1-3天開始出現腸胃炎症狀，主要症狀為水瀉、嘔吐，並可能伴隨頭痛、發燒、腹部痙攣、胃痛、噁心、肌肉酸痛等症狀，不可輕忽。
  4. 綜上，請學校加強各項疾病防治措施，請教職員工做好自主健康管理，隨時觀察學生健康狀況，並落實定期環境消毒與重點消毒、洗手設備之維護、群聚感染處理及停課等防疫機制，同時宣導學生注意個人衛生習慣，落實「生病不上學」的觀念，並確實依「校園安全及災害事件通報作業要點」進行校安通報。
