一、徵稿對象：花蓮縣縣轄各公私立國中、高中（職）之在校生；每組參賽人員請以不超過2人為限（人員不可重複）創作投稿，每隊件數限1件。

二、 徵稿與表件寄送期間：

(一) 即日起至114年6月20日(五)17時止（以郵戳為憑），將作品及相關表件（簡章附件1-5）依序放至於信封內，統一寄送至花蓮縣政府政風處（地址：970花蓮縣花蓮市府前路17號）。

(二) PDF圖檔（檔名：學校/姓名）請寄至「lin9917157@hl.gov.tw」（註明：洄瀾青廉學園廉政法治漫畫徵稿）。

(三) 進入複選隊伍之現場簡報時間：114年7月18日上午10時（以電子郵件通知為準）。

三、 徵稿內容及需求：以「廉政」、「誠信」、「反貪腐」、「反詐騙」等概念為主題，創作出具有「故事情節」之8格（含）以上，16格（含）以下之漫畫。

四、 設計規格：運用A4（210mm×297mm）道林紙直式版面，以黑白或全彩設計（禁止以AI生成方式製作）。

五、 錄取名額及獎勵（須依法扣繳所得稅及相關費用）：

(一) 第一名：國中組、高中組各1名，頒發獎狀1幀及價值新臺幣（下同）4,000元之同等價金商品卡。

(二) 第二名：國中組、高中組各1名，頒發獎狀1幀及價值3,000元之同等價金商品卡。

(三) 第三名：國中組、高中組各1名，頒發獎狀1幀及價值2,000元之同等價金商品卡。

(四) 佳作：國中組、高中組各1名，頒發獎狀1幀及價值1,000元之同等價金商品卡。

(五) 參與獎：凡投稿者贈送精美宣導品一組（限量前20名）並於縣府公開展示作品。

六、 檢附花蓮縣政府114年度「洄瀾青廉學園」－廉政法治漫畫競賽徵稿簡章（含報名表、創作理念說明書、個人資料蒐集告知暨同意書、切結書、著作權專屬授權書）1份
