  1. 依據教育部國民及學前教育署114年6月26日臺教國署學字第1140061330號函及花蓮縣政府114年6月30日府教體字第1140126311號函辦理
  2. 依據衛福部疾病管制署疫情監測資料，截至114年6月18日止，累計已有7例腸病毒感染併發重症病例，為近6年同期最高，其中5例死亡。重症病例中以感染伊科病毒11型為多(共6例)，其中4例死亡，均為未滿1個月之新生兒，另1例死亡個案係感染克沙奇B5型。
  3. 114年第24週(6月8日至6月14日)健保門急診腸病毒就診人次超過6千人，較前一週上升約14%，社區監測檢出腸病毒型别以容易造成新生兒重症之伊科病毒11型為多，顯示近期新生兒感染腸病毒及併發重症風險有增加趨勢，為降低新生兒腸病毒疫情風險，請學校參依衛福部訂定之「114年腸病毒流行疫情應變計畫」，積極完成各項整備工作，落實疫情監控通報，並配合地方衛生單位辦理各項防疫措施、加強對學生及家長之衛教宣導。
