活動收件截止日期為106年2 月28日    

1. 報名資格：以教師與學生組成團隊(以 10 人為限)代表學校參與，每校 上限 2 件作品。

2. 主題及組別： (1) 主題：以「視力保健」為主軸，內容可包涵近視疾病易失明、規 律用眼 3010、下課淨空戶外活動 120、定期就醫控度防盲等護眼 措施。 (2) 組別：分別國小組、國中組、高中職組共計三個組別。

3. 作品規範: (1) 請各組以「創意 Video」光碟形式，以短片方式呈現，短片檔案 2 格式為 MP4。每部作品以 5-8 分鐘為限，不足或超過的影片評選單 位有權斟酌扣分。 (2) 類型、風格不限，任何形式皆可發揮，歡迎參賽。

4. 競賽辦法： (1) 初審：由各縣市教育局處自行辦理，各縣市鼓勵 105 學年度視力 保健推動校群學校踴躍參與，各縣市各組至少推薦 1 件進入複審， 多件者請自行排序。 (2) 複審：由承辦單位聘請專家學者及實務工作者籌組評審會。 (3) 評分標準： 評分項目 比重 項目內容 1. 主題適切性 35 分 配合主題，短劇內容正確性是否合宜，是否融入 生活技能應用。 2. 創新及組織表現 35 分 內容豐富、創新活潑、結構完整。 3. 表達及反應 25 分 發音及咬字清晰標準，不限使用國語，表達自 然、不做作。是否有中文字幕。 4. 時間控制 5 分 5-8 分鐘為限，超過或不足酌予扣分。

5. 獎勵方式： (1) 各組取前三名各乙名與佳作兩名。得獎者給予獎品與獎狀，獎品： 第一名 5000 元等值禮卷、第二名 3000 元等值禮卷、第三名 2000 元等值禮卷、佳作 1000 元等值禮卷。 (2) 成績公布與頒獎：106 年 5 月 31 日由教育部國民及學前教育署發 文並公告，頒獎典禮時間將於評選結果公告後，另行通知。
