說明：

一、依據教育部國民及學前教育署 114年8月1日臺教國署國字第1145502929N號函暨花蓮縣114學年度推動國民中小學本土教育總體推動方案。

二、目的:為加強推行語文教育，提升本縣各級學校師生及民眾語文素養與學習興趣，以弘揚文化，特舉辦本競賽。精進本縣各機關學校及民眾閩客語拼音能力。豐富本縣標音教學內涵及提升語文讀寫知能，提高研究及學習興趣。

三、選拔並培訓本縣參加全國語文競賽之種子選手。

四、辦理單位：

(一)指導單位：教育部

(二)主辦單位：花蓮縣政府

(三)承辦單位：花蓮縣富里鄉富里國民小學

五、辦理方式：

(一)競賽辦法：

１、比賽日期及時間： 114 年 9 月 10日（星期三） 14: 00~14:15 。

２、比賽地點：花蓮縣吉安鄉宜昌國小會議室，試場分配 於報名統計後公佈於教育處網站處務公告。

３、報名方式：本校欲報名競賽的師生，請於9/3(三)中午前向教學組報名。

六、競賽內容：

(一)競賽內容：

１、台語：

(１)各組均為 200 字（漢字書寫標音、標音書寫漢字各 100 字），限用藍、黑色原子筆或鋼筆書寫， 塗改不計分。

(２)拼音以教育部 95 年 10 月 14 日臺語字第 0950151609 號函公布之「臺灣台語羅馬字拼音方 案」正式版為準，詳細內容請參閱： https://bit.ly/2YWqshP   及使用手冊    https://bit.ly/2UcLYve

(３)漢字使用以教育部公布之《臺灣台語常用詞辭典》 為準，詳細內容請參閱：   http://twblg.dict.edu.tw/

２、客家語：
