一、 依據人事總處115年9月9日總處授發字第1150800325號函辦理。
二、 為落實智慧國家政策，協助全體公務同仁奠定人工智慧(AI)安全治理核心素養，人事總處推動旨揭認證，秉持「公私協力、實務對接」原則，結合民間具公信力鑑定資源與公務需求，以建構公部門共通AI治理語言，在確保資安紅線前提下，全面釋放施政創新量能。
三、 旨揭認證採「70/30雙軌採認模式」，結合民間具公信力既有AI鑑定項目(占70%)，並融合公務客製核心素養項目(占30%)；測驗主題聚焦於AI政策法規、機敏資料防護、資安風險管理、倫理準則等實務應用安全防線，確保公務同仁兼具技術操作與法制合規能力。
四、 另旨揭認證115年8月計財團法人中華民國電腦技能基金會、財團法人台灣人工智慧學校基金會及財團法人資訊工業策進會等3家認證機構通過採認，預定9月底前開辦公務人員專場考試，該等考證報名網址、場次、公務優惠價及學習資源等資訊，已公告於人事總處官網「AI公務人才發展辦公室專區」(網址https://www.dgpa.gov.tw/mp/informationlist?uid=904&mid=903 ，請鼓勵同仁踴躍報考。
五、 凡參加測驗且通過認證者，由發證機構核發效期2年電子證書，證書資料將自動介接人事總處WebHR人事資訊系統，並可至人事總處「公務人員個人資料服務網(MyData)」個人專長技能查詢證書資訊。
