  • 依據花蓮縣政府115年9月17日府人任字第1150173169B號函辦理。
  • 旨揭規定修正內容，主要係放寬得採計提敘俸級之政府機關（構）、公立學校契約進用人員年資範圍，並明定未列入提敘認定辦法第3條第1項對照表之人員，與公務人員職等相當之對照認定方式，以及放寬性質相近之認定標準。
  • 現職公務人員如具有修正規定所定得採計提敘之曾任年資，得依規定申請提敘俸級，惟最多採計提敘至現所銓敘審定職等之本俸最高級為止。符合資格人員應先向原服務機關、學校申請開立提敘用服務證明書（格式如附件），再檢具該證明書向現職服務機關提出申請。於115年11月30日前申請提敘者，溯自115年8月28日生效；逾期申請者，自申請之日起生效。
  • 另有關報酬支給具全國一致性標準者(如代理教師)之職等相當之對照認定方式，銓敘部俟會同相關主管機關研議後另案通函轉知。
