一、 依據人力學院115年10月27日人發數字第1150800411號函辦理。
二、 為貫徹政府人工智慧(AI) 科技領航施政願景並厚植公務人才數位轉型量能，人力學院特別規劃智慧學習體驗場域，採前瞻示範與賦能實作等雙軸策展架構，透過主題敘事與互動體驗，轉譯AI於公務治理與培訓演練之實戰場景，期為各機關推動業務智慧化與服務創新開展全新視界。
三、 旨揭展覽資訊如下：
(一) 觀展對象：行政院與所屬中央及地方機關公務人員。
(二) 展覽日期：115年10月28日至116年1月27日。
(三) 展覽地點：
１、 臺北院區：臺北市大安區新生南路三段30號住宿棟4樓自學中心。
２、 南投院區：南投市光明路1號文教大樓2樓圖書室。
(四) 開放時間：週一至週五上午9時30分至下午5時30分，週六、週日及國定假日不開放；實際運作與開放情形，以活動網站公告為準。
(五) 活動網站：https://aiexpo.hrd.gov.tw/ 。展覽簡介、最新開放資訊、交通指引、個人與團體參觀報名等資訊，請至活動網站查詢。
四、 觀展及報名方式如下：
(一) 個人：臺北院區於開放時間自行前往參觀，無須填寫報名表；南投院區因設有出入管制，請事先至活動網站填寫個人報名表，並依報名確認通知所載之入院方式及交通指引前往，配合門禁查驗。
(二) 機關團體：請於預定觀展日7日前，至活動網站填寫團體導覽報名表，填具觀展院區、日期、時段、人數及聯絡資訊，並選擇自主觀展(現場備有AI導覽系統)或真人導覽，由場域營運團隊聯繫確認觀展安排。
五、 請惠予觀展人員公假(差)登記。
六、 檢附臺北院區及南投院區常設展參觀簡介各1份。
