  • 主辦單位：教育部國民及學前教育署
  • 承辦單位：杏陵醫學基金會
  • 協辦單位：全國各縣市政府教育局(處)、台灣性教育學會
  • 活動對象：高中職、國中、國小教師（含正式教師、代課教師），每件教案報名參賽人數限1～3人。
  • 競賽主題：性健康、情感教育/關係教育、網路交友防範守則、拒絕助興非法藥物使用及愛滋防治與愛滋關懷等。
  • 評分標準：教學課程的完整性及適切性30％、實用性20％、有效性20％、創意性10％、多元性10％、教學過程紀錄及反思10％。
  • 教案甄選規格：
    • 請參考本計畫教學模組甄選規格說明（附件1）。
    • 教案甄選所需相關表件格式電子檔可逕至「杏陵基金會網站」之「最新消息」（http://sexedu.org.tw ）下載。
  • 參賽教師，請於106年5月1日前逕送杏陵醫學基金會辦理。請以掛號的方式郵寄教案資料與光碟一式3份，以郵戳為憑，寄至23143新北市新店區北新路三段212號3樓杏陵醫學基金會，紀艾旻小姐收。電話：（02）2915-3185。傳真：（02）29153317 聯絡信箱：mercymem@gmail.com。
  • 得獎名單於106年6月中旬前公布於「性教育教學資源網」（http://sexedu.moe.edu.tw/html/ ）及「杏陵醫學基金會」官網（http://sexedu.org.tw ）之「最新消息」中，並以公文、E-mail及電話個別通知。
  • 分【高中職組】、【國中組】、【國小組】三組競賽，分組錄取特優、優等及優良及佳作等獎項，未達標準者從缺。
  • 獎勵方式：
    • 特優1名：1名：頒發獎狀及等值8,000元獎品。優等1名：1名：頒發獎狀及等值5,000元獎品。優良1名：1名：頒發獎狀及等值3,000元獎品。佳作3名：3名：頒發獎狀
    • 凡得獎之優良教案，將放在「性教育教學資源網」（http://sexedu.moe.edu.tw/html/ ）之「性教育資源庫」提供分享與下載。
